Fees For GP Services

Charging structure is as follows:

Ad Hoc Letters: £20.00

Firearms Renewals: £30.00

HGV/PSV Medicals: £75.00

 

Payment to be made before paperwork is issued. Please call the surgery for the bank details to make a BACS payment as this is the preferred method. Alternatively cash & cheque payment is accepted.
